Why so cheap?
Most AU accounting software charges $20–$120/month for hundreds of features a small business will never use. We built Ezzfin for the everyday loop only — invoices, bills, banking, GST, BAS, reports — and priced it accordingly. Lower price isn’t a discount; it’s a different product shape.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic covers everything a single business needs to run end-to-end: quotes, statements, receipts, supplier remittance, custom email templates, reconciliation inbox, BAS, all reports. Pro adds automation: recurring invoices, scheduled reminders (gentle / firm / final), the bank-rules engine with regex matching, comparison columns on P&L + Balance Sheet, and the client portal (secure customer links + questions). Pro also lifts you from 3 → 5 companies and roughly doubles team seats.
Is there a free trial?
There’s no trial clock — during our invite-only beta every plan, Pro included, is genuinely free. Join the waitlist for access. When paid plans switch on you’ll get 30 days’ notice, and the Free tier stays free — not a trial that auto-converts.
Is the Basic price really $5/month forever?
It’s the published launch rate. We may adjust the price for new customers later, but anyone who signs up at the early-access rate keeps it for the lifetime of their subscription.
What payment methods will you accept?
Stripe (card + Apple/Google Pay) at general availability. During beta there’s nothing to pay — we’ll wire payments closer to launch.
Can I cancel? Do I keep my data?
Cancel any time from your account. Your data stays available read-only for 90 days after cancellation so you can export everything (CSV + PDF), then it’s deleted. ATO 5-year retention is your accountant’s responsibility — that’s why we make the BAS working papers and report CSVs easy to export and archive.
