How do I get invited to the beta?
Join the waitlist on the home page (or any pricing card’s “Reserve your spot” button). We review applications in batches and email you when your access is approved. The earlier you join, the earlier you’re in.
Can I migrate from Xero or MYOB?
Yes — the data-migration wizard at Settings → Data migration walks you through importing your opening balances, contacts, and outstanding invoices/bills from a CSV export. Takes about 10 minutes if you have the exports ready.
Is my data backed up? Where is it hosted?
Yes — daily encrypted backups to a separate location. Your accounting data lives on Australian-friendly infrastructure (we’re a Brisbane-built product). You can also export everything as a ZIP at any time from Settings → Company → Danger zone — CSV per table plus every uploaded PDF.
